Your Provider Portal is where you manage your public profile, submit courses for accreditation and access your accreditation outputs.
Already have a website? Start there. Use Import from website to create suggested company content and imagery, review or edit it, then publish your CPD Ireland provider page when you are ready.
Use what you already have. If the course has a public webpage, paste the address to pre-fill supported details for you to review. Add trainers once and reuse them across courses, then provide the course-review evidence as uploaded files, secure video/LMS access, transcripts or an appropriate combination.
Track progress here. If anything needs changing, CPD Ireland will show you clearly what is required and you can update and resubmit through the same course record. Once accredited and published, your course outputs and learner-certificate tools are ready to use.

Copy reusable course details, trainers and provider-standard methods, then review what changed. Accreditation, approved hours, assessor decisions, approval numbers and publication never carry over.
Copying creates a separate private draft and does not use an accreditation review allowance until you formally submit it.
Read-only accreditation details. Provider profile publishing cannot alter these records.
Add each trainer once, keep their evidence current and reuse them across course submissions.
Trainer details are private accreditation evidence. They are not published on your public provider page.
Maintain your company information without changing CPD Ireland's official accreditation record.
You can continue editing your draft, but you cannot publish until CPD Ireland restores publishing.
Official fields come from CPD Ireland accreditation records and are read-only. Badge use remains subject to the Badge Use Policy.
Issue professional CPD completion certificates for learners who complete your currently accredited courses. Approved CPD hours and accreditation details come directly from CPD Ireland records.
Each certificate has a unique verification link and QR code. You verify learner completion; CPD Ireland verifies the course accreditation and approved CPD hours.
